Yes — Innform includes a full authoring tool that lets you build courses, assessments, training manuals and handbooks from scratch. No design experience needed.
You are billed for all users added to your workspace. To reduce your bill, you can freeze users at any time — frozen users lose access immediately and are no longer counted in your billing. You can unfreeze them again whenever needed.
Yes. You can upgrade instantly and the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep access to your current features until then.
No contracts, no lock-in. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time before your next renewal. Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable after 14 days, but you save 10% compared to paying monthly.
Your account enters a read-only grace period of 30 days after cancellation. During this window you can export all your content and learner data. After 30 days your workspace and data are permanently deleted.
You buy a monthly package of generations (100, 300 or 750). One generation = one AI-assisted action such as drafting a course outline, generating a quiz, or rewriting a section. Generations reset at the start of each billing cycle and unused ones don't carry over. Your content is never used to train any AI model.
One token translates one piece of content (a course, handbook, quiz, etc.) into one language. To translate a course into 5 languages, you need 5 tokens. Yes — you can invite external learners such as partners, contractors or customers. They get access only to the specific content you share with them and don't have access to your full workspace or internal data.
